Role Purpose
- Creation of monthly sales statistics as investor reports
- Writing of outgoing invoices and monitoring of cash flow
- Preparation of strategic and operational decision support and business cases for senior management (CEO & COO)
- Key contact for external Property Management, Financial Accountants and Tax Advisors
- Support with quarterly and annual financial statements according to local GAAP
- Administration in contract management, ICO loans including digitization
- Ad hoc reports and presentations to the C-Level for investors, banks or auditors
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial education and / or business studies
- At least good, ideally very good knowledge of German and English
- At least good, ideally very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- First experience and / or knowledge of the real estate market would be nice
